This is a traditional
Japanese style green tea with tightly rolled, needle-shaped leaves. It’s steamed and contains high antioxidants. It
was picked in early spring. The liquor is bright in color, with a clean finish. This is the every day green tea in Japan.
Brew hint: Place one tea spoon
into a cup; brew
with 175-195ºF water for
3-7 minute.
