If you like Cinnamon and you love dancing the Cha Cha, then you are simply going to love this
herbal tea. So how do the two go together? Let’s see.
Cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka. In fact the world’s best cinnamon grows along the coastal
strip near the capital city of Colombo. The Cha Cha is a dance that was developed by Cuban immigrants to the United States.
After the Portuguese invaded Sri Lanka in 1536, the Sinhalese King paid the Portuguese 110,000 kilos of cinnamon in annual
tributes. The Cha Cha became a popular and sexy offshoot of the Mambo around 1954. Cinnamon trees are cropped almost to the
ground, resulting in a low dense bush with leafy branches from which the best quills of the
spice can be plucked. The Cha Cha consists of three quick steps followed by two sultry slower steps.
So what unites the two? You guessed it, spice! Cinnamon
Cha Cha is the perfect blend of mellow Rooibos flavor and hot cinnamon. Brew a pot today, put on your dancing shoes and give
in to your sensual side. Cha Cha!
