Hot tea brewing method: Use 1 ball per pot of 12 to 16 OZ. 1 OZ has 6 to 7 pieces of tea ball. Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Infuse heart and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste, (the longer the steeping the stronger the tea). "I enjoy drinking pu’erh teas, but it’s not convenient to take a big tea cake or a pouch of loose leaf tea when you’re away from home. These mini tea balls are a good solution. Just make sure your infuser has enough room for the tea to expand when you brew some."
